Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for an eligible item.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals completely intact.
• You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Supplement Exceptions

For health and safety reasons, any nutritional supplements or ingestible products where the outer safety seal has been broken or tampered with are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item.

However, if the return or exchange is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), Recharge will cover the return shipping costs in full.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or mobile wallet (e.g., Vodafone Cash) after coordinating with you.
• Please allow a certain number of days for the credit to process, depending on your card issuer's policies.

• Provide your order number and a clear explanation (and photos, if applicable) of the reason for the return or exchange.
• Our team will guide you through the process and arrange for the courier pickup if your request is approved.
